Rain Delays

· This itinerary is based on the official scheduled dates of fixtures as released by CWC Inc and does not always make provision for rain delays.
· Should you wish to cover yourself for postponed matches due to rain delay, an extra night's accommodation (and transport if required) in the match venue should be requested by the client to be costed into the itinerary. Clients are warned that should they not take this option, last minute changes to accommodation, transport and/or flights will not be possible.
· Where accommodation has been costed in for an extra night in case of rain delays, transport has not been costed in. Should a match be interrupted due to rain and be rescheduled for the following day, the additional transfer for the second day of play will be at an additional cost.
· If you do not make provision for rain delays as listed in point 2 above, any costs incurred for extensions of stay, transport etc will be for the clients own account and the official travel agent indemnifies itself from all claims whatsoever.
· All hotel costs and transport costs will be fixed and non-refundable.
